Verified Reviewer |Resolved: Request for changing surname
My name is Ishmeet Kour ad I reside at Jammu and Kashmir. I am writing in this reference to the recent ticket booking.
Through this email, I would like to confirm that on 26 dec 2023.
I booked a flight ticket for KE 498 from DEL to ICN, KE 073 from ICN to YYZ and WS 489 from YYZ to YWG using korean airlines website.
Unfortunately, the surname on the ticket got incorrect i.e. KAUR and I request you to kindly correct it to KOUR. For your ready reference.
I am attaching a copy of my ID proof and the ticket along with this email.
I shall be obliged if you could assist me with the same. If you have any further inquiries or require additional information, please do not hesitate to contact me at my phone +916006****47
Thanking you
Sincerely,
Ishmeet Kour

Verified ReviewerResolved: RE: Korean Air NS24 Intercontinental Service Changes
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Korean Air was able to read over my message but didn't reply back.
However, I would consider this to be resolved, as the company was still able to go over my message, despite there being no reply. Thank you for your understanding!
As a member of the flying public, I, Tran Jacinto, am writing in regards to Korean Air's Intercontinental network and how Korean Air's Intercontinental flight network should change for the upcoming Northern Summer 2024 season, which will commence on March 31, 2024. Here are some of the changes that Korean Air should file: Seoul Incheon - Amsterdam: Aircraft changes as follows:

Korean Air should plan on filing these Intercontinental Service Changes in the coming weeks with all these long-haul service changes going into effect on March 31, 2024 (31MAR), which is the day when airlines in the Northern Hemisphere switch to Summer schedules. The airline should file service changes to Amsterdam, Barcelona, London Heathrow, Madrid, Paris CDG, and Zagreb on December 20, 2023 while service changes to Atlanta, Chicago, Honolulu, Las Vegas, San Francisco, and New York JFK should be filed on December 21, 2023.
Even if Korean Air decides to make more schedule changes in the near future, all the suggested changes in this message should be maintained, in order to meet passenger demand for the upcoming Summer season.
I kindly request Korean Air to consider the following suggestions as potential ideas for its schedule changes. I am eagerly looking forward to seeing these plans come to fruition and anticipating a timely response from you soon!
Sincerely,
Tran Jacinto

Verified ReviewerResolved: RE: Korean Air A321neo Network - NS24
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. I made sure that everything made sense and that the airline read over my suggestion.
Seoul Gimpo - Jeju: 2x Daily
KE 1019/1218
KE 1241/1126
Seoul Gimpo - Tokyo Haneda: 1x Daily
KE 2105/2106
Seoul Gimpo - Osaka: 1x Daily (between 31MAR and 31MAY)
KE 2117/2118
Seoul Incheon - Bangkok Suvarnabhumi: 1x Daily
KE 659/660
Seoul Incheon - Guam: 1x Daily
KE 423/424
Seoul Incheon - Ho Chi Minh: 2x Daily
KE 469/470
KE 477/478
Seoul Incheon - Osaka: 1x Daily
KE 721/722
Seoul Incheon - Tokyo Haneda: 1x Daily (eff.
01JUN)
KE 719/720
Korean Air should plan on filing these service changes in the coming weeks, with most of these changes going into effect on March 31, 2024 with some of the changes only being short-lived, like the Seoul Gimpo - Osaka route which should be deployed using the A321-neo between March 31 and May 31, before being swapped back to the Boeing 737-8 on June 1. While the GMP-KIX route is flown by the A321-neo, Korean Air should plan on deploying the B737-8 on the ICN-HND route between March 31 and May 31, before the equipment swap can take place. Even if the airline makes schedule changes to its route network, the airline should plan on making sure that the route network for Korean Air's A321neos remains unchanged.
I kindly request Korean Air to consider the following suggestions as potential ideas for its schedule changes. I am eagerly looking forward to seeing these plans come to fruition and anticipating a timely response from you soon!
Sincerely,
Tran Jacinto

Verified Reviewer |Delayed baggage
My family and I are in the Philippines now and we missed our original flight here, but we checked in our luggage on the flight that we did not make. Every day since December 19th we have been trying to track our baggage.
We finally got to Manila Philippines on the 22nd 3 days late and when we arrived the first thing I did was goto the baggage claim office and found out our luggage is in icheon South Korea so I contacted South Korean Airlines to let them know that we really need our luggage ASAP! Since that day dec 22nd Ive called everyday! We have jumped through every obstacle they have given us! Finally I called and talked to the management, needless to say I was very upset and disappointed!, I started cursing them then they hung up on me and the next day I received ONE suitcase.
Needless to say I started calling again and now today December 29th STILL they have 3 of our suitcases. Ive proven that it is our luggage multiple times and still nothing!! I feel that they are playing games with me and my family! At this point we have had to go buy new clothes and everything we need.
The only other option that I feel I have is to contact a lawyer if this issue is not resolved by tomorrow!
Me and my family will NEVER fly with this company again nor recommend anyone to fly with them
Sincerely,
A very pissed off customer!! Brian shunk and family
